    "Brand new Mini, 2 days old, with an annoying roof noise. First, I was wrongly informed that I was able to leave my car before 7:00pm. I went at 5:00pm and the mechanics were gone. I came back the next day and it took me more than 2 hours to leave the car and obtain the loaner. Finally, the issue was not solved and I have to take the car again next week.     "my mini has been in service 4 or 5 times in last 6 months for the same issue. Engine light on and check rear tire light on.     "Excellent Service Advisor. Reception area should be more professional. Many people surrounding the reception desk making not clear who are actually the one who should help you. Reception Area seemed to be a Night Club intead of a car dealer agency. This happened not only this time, but most of the times that I take my car to South Motor Mini. The way receptionists behave it is no consistent whit the excellent service that the dealer provides overall.     "One makes an appointment expecting that an appointment will at least have you car evaluated and check with feedback given to the customer within a couple of hours. This never happens at mini-cooper your car sits there and no one ever gets back to you even when you leave messages. i had to contact the manager Luis in order to get an update on the car and this was 5pm. I called to tell them I wanted to come in and got attitutde about bringing my car in and not having an appointment. Sorry, next time I will predict the future and make an appointment. I was not happy with this. It was not Danny I spoke with, but the person who has a desk next to his.     "En mi primera visita, se me informo que la parte defectuosa estaba en "back order" y demoraria alrededor de una semana en llegar pues se iba a ordenar y me avisarian. 2 semanas despues en vista de que no se comunicaban conmigo llame y no tenian idea de que les hablaba; les explique de nuevo y se repitio lo mismo, al fin al cabo de seis semanas y de repetidas llamadas se me informo despues de consultar con "partes" que la pieza en cuestion estaria lista al dia siguiente, dandome una cita a las 10 a.m.. Al llegar a mi cita, no aparecia mi nombre en el schedule y ante mi disgusto llamaron a un representante de "partes" que me comunico que estaba en back order. Ante mi protesta por tanta incapacidad y falta de respeto, requiriendo la presencia de un supervisor, el joven de "partes" me rogo que esperara y en menos de 5 minutos volvio para decirme que la parte estaba en existencia y le fue colocada al auto.
