Then Jaime took us for a test drive very patient and also very professional with the sale. Jerry the manager even came out to greet himself. If only other dealer would mirror fourth motor they probably would be more successful in sale. I plan to return in two year after my wife lease is over to lease a BMW which is what my wife and I want. Horacio took care of the issue with an effective solution. He contacted me several times to make sure everything was copacetic.     "This was the first time that my service went smoothly( this is my second mini). The last time was a diaster and i actually put off servicing the car because of how unpleasant it was. My advisor was very good and the online scheduling was great.     "I was a little disappointed with my last visit to be honest. I am reasonable and understand delays happen but I didn't even receive a courtesy call to tell me my car wouldn't be ready the same day. I left two messages between 5-7 p.m. and nothing. When I finally received a call the next day, the service advisor apologized and told me I would get a free detail for the misunderstanding and the car was only rinsed with water. Wheels were still dirty, car wasn't vaccumed, etc. I don't know what a 'detail' entails at South Motors but it sure didn't make up for me having to miss work the second day because I didn't have my car.
